How Does Shyness Evolve?
shyness evolution is favorable. Over ninety percent of people regard
themselves as
shy, or have already been shy, or display Shyness episodes
at some times in their lives. A little more than forty percent consider
themselves shy, including here the three degrees (mild, moderate and
severe). Thus, over half of them have overcome Shyness.
Shyness is more common in teenagers, especially in early
adolescence.
Around the age of twenty, most adolescents have overcome or have
substantially reduced this difficulty. There does not seem to be any
correlation between Shyness in
childhood and in adolescence. Mild Shyness
in childhood could turn severe in adolescence. On the other hand, those
with
Social Anxiety Disorder /
Social Phobia generally have a history of Shyness in childhood.
